Born and bred in Notting Hill, our client always dreamed of a roof terrace overlooking the area's iconic roofscape. Given the strict guidelines within the Colville conservation area, securing approval for the first roof extension on this historic terrace was an ambitious hurdle. We were delighted when Kensington and Chelsea approved our design, one of the first of its kind in the area.
